Returns & Exchanges

All items must be returned in their original condition and sale ready. Not marked, altered, worn or damaged. Saleable condition will be determined by gypsy + brown. 

If an item is faulty, it may be returned for exchange at no additional cost to the customer. If the item is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued. 

Items that have been incorrectly sent will also receive a full refund at no expense to the customer. 

To exchange size and/or colour of an item, return shipping will be at buyers expense. 

Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your items. 

Please email info@gypsyandbrown.com with your order number and “Return/Exchange” in the Subject for processing. 

Please allow 10 business days for any refunds to appear in your account.
